Here is a simple and delicious recipe for making these delicious black truffle sandwiches.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Preparation for the toast:
Cut the baguette into slices of one centimeter, or according to your desired thickness. Pllace the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little bit of the black truffle extra virgin olive oil. Toast the slices of bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes, waching to ensure it doesn’t get burned. Flip the slices to get an even browning.
For the finishing:
Take a toast and spread with the black summer truffle spread, cut a slice of nectarine, and goats cheese log (thickness to your preference). Place on top of the spreaded toast and top with chopped fresh black truffle and a little fleur de sel.
Great as a canape or an appitizer.
