One of the most prominently featured salts in our products is Guérande PGI sea salt.
Harvested manually from the evaporation ponds in the salt marshes, Guérande sea salt is a condiment used by world-class chefs. Naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, it is a highly sought-after type of salt. We have combined Guérande sea salt with two of our best products: summer truffle and boletus mushroom.
The sea salt with summer truffle offers a delicate flavour that goes perfectly with risotto, mashed potatoes, and eggs. The sea salt with boletus mushroom has earthy notes that go perfectly with meat, gratins, potatoes, and pasta. Our Guérande sea salts with truffle and with boletus mushroom are made with fleur de sel, a rare and delicate form of flaky sea salt whose harvesting requires meticulous work.
Our Himalayan pink salt with summer truffle uses rock salt from the Himalayan region that’s pure and rich in trace elements. It’s great for your health—much better than regular table salt. Its pink colour comes from its contact with iron underground.
Combined with summer truffle, it offers fine and delicate flavours that will enhance your fish, poultry, and meat dishes. Its pink colour and dried truffles will add an extra aesthetic touch that makes all the difference.
Persian blue salt is one of the rarest salts in the world. It’s a rock salt whose crystals formed 100 million years ago with the evaporation of ancient lakes and seas.
Rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, and potassium (which produces the blue colour), it’s great for your health.
Combined with summer truffle, it will enhance both the flavours and aesthetics of your dishes with its distinctive blue flecks and dried summer truffle.
Finally, our winemaker’s salt is a unique salt flavoured with Pays d’Oc Cabernet Sauvignon red wine. According to legend, this style of salt was created when a winemaker accidentally spilled wine into his salt. Deciding to keep using it anyway, he discovered that the two made a delicious pairing.
