25-30gm Fresh black truffle, between 10-15g per person

Butter or truffled butter

Prepare your bread soldiers by cutting thin slices of bread.
Toast in the oven for a few minutes until crunchy and golden brown.
Bring a pot of water to boil and place the eggs in simmering water for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. (Tip: take the eggs out of the refrigerator at least 20 minutes before so that they are at room temperature)
Then cut your truffle, either with a knife or a fork, depending on the size of the pieces you want to have.
Une fois que votre pain est doré, sortez vos mouillettes du four.
Take your eggs out of the water and let them cool for a few moments.
Butter your soldiers with truffle butter or regular butter.
Break the tops off the eggs to open it and add in a couple pieces of truffles into the egg itself.
Season the egg with a little fleur de set and serve with lighty buttered toasted soldiers.
It’s ready to be tasted!
