100 gr of dark chocolate
100 gr of truffle spread
125 gr of butter
30 gr of icing sugar
2 eggs

Melt the chocolate and butter, to your liking in a bain-marie, in a saucepan or in the microwave.
Once the chocolate and butter have melted, add the black spread with the summer truffle, mix.
In a bowl, add your icing sugar and egg yolks, then mix everything.
Then mix the two preparations together, to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Reserve your dough for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, to give it a good consistency of preparation.
Then take the dough, roll it to get a small truffle.
Then roll the truffle to your liking either in the cocoa or in the praline.
For more indulgence, you can also insert a hazelnut in the heart of your truffle.
