50ml Milk
9 nos Whole Eggs
30-40g Fresh black truffle

For a delicious end to a meal, discover this recipe for chocolate truffle mousse.
In a saucepan, melt your chocolate with the milk over very low heat.
Separate the whites from the yolks, then add the yolks to your melted chocolate. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then incorporate them into your chocolate. Add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavour of the chocolate.
Once the preparation has cooled, chop your truffle and incorporate it into your preparation. Mix. Reserve in the fridge for 12 hours.
