These fresh black Australian truffle pieces have already been washed and are ready to use. Store in the refrigerator, where they will keep for about a week. Place them in an airtight container covered with absorbent paper towel, which should be changed every other day. For use at a later date, you can freeze fresh black truffles in a freezer-safe container. Frozen truffle must not be thawed and should be added directly to your dishes, straight from the freezer.
